directions on how to apply for tuition reimbursement

Please allow up to 10 days for the approval email. Once you receive approval confirmation, email info@axiomflowus.com to schedule class time and location, and payment processing.

  • On any station computer, type Axiomflowus.com in the top URL bar. Click on “Tuition Reimbursement” on the menu, and scroll down until you see the black pill-shaped button labeled “Tuition reimbursement PDF”. After clicking on the button, the PDF flyer will pop up. Select the save button in the top right corner. The Downloads folder will open under the “This PC tab,” and you will see “dispatch to nozzle flyer”. “Save as type” dropdown should default to PDF File. Select PDF if not. Press “Save” in the bottom right corner.

  • From the PBC Home Screen, click the EIS tab under the Online Applications. In the HRIS Login, enter your Username and Password (same as your Outlook/365 username and password). Select “Apply for Tuition” in the left column.

    Course name: Dispatch to Nozzle

    Institute Name: Axiom Flow LLC

    Begin Date: (enter today’s date) End Date: (enter 60 days later from today’s date)

    Course cost: 395

    Course purpose: select “Non-required course/seminar, including all registration fees.”

    Press “Save” at the bottom right

  • Under Documents, BEFORE clicking on the + Attach Document. Press the “Choose File” button and select the “Dispatch to Nozzle flyer” under the “This PC” tab. Press Open, then SAVE in the “Attach Tuition Document” pop-up. Press the “Save” button, then the “Submit” button.
